How to Integrate Ledger Live with Elrond (EGLD)

Introduction

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

Step 1: Set Up Your Ledger Device

  1. Initialize Your Ledger (if new)
    • Follow the on-screen setup instructions
    • Securely store your 24-word recovery phrase offline
  2. Update Firmware via Ledger Live
    • Connect your Ledger to Ledger Live
    • Navigate to Manager and install any available updates

Step 2: Install the Elrond App on Your Ledger

  1. Open Ledger Live and go to Manager
