To unsubscribe from Ledger Recover, you need to delete your login. That will automatically cancel your subscription.

Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:

You can unsubscribe from Ledger Recover anytime:

Open the Ledger Live app.
In the left-hand menu, select the [L] Recover tab.
In the top right corner, click on Already have a Recover login?.
Enter your email and password. Then click Login.
Navigate to Manage subscription → Unsubscribe.
The process to unsubscribe and delete your backup includes three steps.
Access to Secret Recovery Phrase confirmed:
- Click I have it safe to confirm that you have access to your 24-word Secret Recovery Phrase.
Subscription and billing cancelled:
- You will receive an email with a link to unsubscribe.
- Open the email and click on the unsubscribe link.
- Enter your password to confirm that you want to delete your Ledger Recover login.
- Click Cancel subscription.
Delete Secret Recovery Phrase backup:
- Connect and unlock your Ledger device.
  Note: Ensure you connect the same Ledger device you used for Ledger Recover.
- Click Delete now with Ledger.
- Confirm the deletion of the backup for your Secret Recovery Phrase on your Ledger device.

You’ll receive an email confirming that you’ve unsubscribed from Ledger Recover.
