Here is a step-by-step guide to store THETA on Ledger Live.

Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:

1. Ledger Live for Windows 10/11

2. Ledger Live for MAC

3. Ledger Live for Android

Step #1: Set Up Ledger Device

  • Connect Ledger device to a computer or mobile device.
  • Make sure the firmware of your device is updated.

Step #2: Download and Install Ledger Live

  • Go to the official Ledger website to download the latest Ledger Live app.
  • Make sure you set up the app if you are using it for the first time.

Step #3: Install Theta App

  • Launch Ledger Live and click or tap on My Ledger.
  • Search for and find the Theta app. 
  • Click or tap the Install button and make sure your Ledger device is both connected and PIN unlocked.

Step #4: Set Up Third-Party Wallet for THETA

  • Visit the official Theta Wallet.
  • Click or tap on Hardware Wallet followed by selecting Ledger.

Step #5: Connect Ledger to Theta Wallet

  • Launch Theta app on your preferred Ledger device. 
  • Connect Theta wallet to your preferred Ledger device by following the on-screen prompts.

Step #6: Receive THETA Tokens

  • Your Theta wallet address will be displayed as soon as it is connected to Ledger.
  • Transfer THETA tokens from another wallet or exchange using the address.

Security Tips:

  • Verify all wallet addresses as well as transaction details on your Ledger hardware wallet before confirmation.
  • Your recovery phrase should be kept safe and secure offline.
  • Never share or disclose your recovery phrase to anyone.  

Now your THETA tokens are securely and safely stored using your Ledger device.
