How to Store SPX on Ledger Live

To store the SPX (Stacks) on Ledger Live, you will need to install the STX app on your Ledger device.

Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:

1. Ledger Live for Windows 10/11

2. Ledger Live for MAC

3. Ledger Live for Android

Follow these simple steps:

Step #1: Download Ledger Live 

  • Make sure you download the latest version of Ledger Live.

Step #2: Launch Ledger Live and Connect Ledger Device

  • Open Ledger Live, move on your personal computer.
  • With a USB cable connect your preferred Ledger device to your computer then unlock your Ledger device PIN.

Step #3: Set Up Stacks App

  • Launch the STX (Stacks) app on your preferred Ledger device.

Step #4: Add STX Account in Ledger Live

  • Open Ledger Live, then scroll to the Accounts tab.
  • Click on the Add Account tab and from the drop-down menu, select STX.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the creation of the STX account on Ledger Live. 

Step #4: Transfer SPX 

  • Move your SPX tokens from an exchange or different wallet to the contract address of your newly created STX account.
  • Now your SPX tokens should be securely and safely stored on Ledger Live.

Important tips:

  • Make sure your preferred Ledger device is compatible with STX tokens.
  • Always update both your Ledger device firmware and your Ledger Live app to the latest versions for enhanced security features.
  •  Keep your recovery phrase private and never disclose or share it with anyone.
  • Cross-check addresses before you send tokens.
