As of January 2025, SEI (Sei Network) tokens were not directly supported within Ledger Live. 

However, you can protect, store and manage your SEI tokens using your Ledger hardware wallet in combination with a compatible third-party wallet.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to store SEI on Ledger Live:

Step #1: Set Up Ledger Device

• Connect Ledger hardware wallet to a computer or mobile device and ensure firmware is updated.

Step #2: Install Ledger Live

• Download and install Ledger Live from the official Ledger website and complete the initial setup.

Step #3: Install Sei App

• Open Ledger Live, scroll to the Manager tab, connect and unlock Ledger device, and install Sei app.

Step #4: Choose Compatible Third-Party Wallet

• Select a wallet that integrates with Ledger devices, such as Compass Wallet.

Step #5: Connect Ledger Device to Compass Wallet

• Open Compass Wallet, connect Ledger device, open Sei app, and establish connection.

Step #6: Manage SEI Tokens

• Use Compass Wallet interface to send, receive, and manage SEI tokens securely.

Important Considerations:

• Ledger Live does not support managing SEI tokens; use a compatible third-party wallet instead.
• Verify transaction details on Ledger device before confirming transfers.
• Always check Ledger’s supported assets page for updates on token support.
