To store NEO on Ledger Live, you will need to use a third-party wallet, as NEO is not directly supported. 

Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to store NEO on Ledger Live:

Step #1: Check Compatibility

• Ensure your Ledger device is compatible with a third-party wallet like NeoLine or O3 Wallet.

Step #2: Install NEO App 

• Open Ledger Live, scroll to the Manager tab, then app catalog. Search for and find the NEO app.
• Click or tap on the Install button next to the app.
• Follow on-screen prompts to install NEO app on your Ledger device.

Step # 3: Start up a NEO Wallet

• Download a NEO-compatible wallet and connect it to your Ledger device.

Step #4: Transfer NEO

• Move your NEO tokens from another wallet or an exchange to the wallet address linked to your Ledger device.
• Now your NEO tokens should be securely and safely stored on Ledger Live.
