To safely store and manage GRT (The Graph) on Ledger Live, follow these simple steps:
Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:
1. Ledger Live for Windows 10/11
2. Ledger Live for MAC
3. Ledger Live for Android
Step #1: Start the Ledger Device
- Connect Ledger hardware wallet (e.g. Stax, Nano S Plus or Nano X) to a computer or smartphone device.
- Make sure the device’s firmware is updated to the latest version.
Step #2: Install Ledger Live
- Download and install Ledger Live from the official Ledger website.
- Open Ledger Live and finish setup if not done.
Step #3: Install Ethereum App
- Open Ledger Live and scroll to the Manager tab.
- In the app catalog section, search for and find the Ethereum app.
- Click or tap on the Install button next to the Ethereum app to install the application on your preferred Ledger device.
Step #4: Add Ethereum Account
- Go to the Accounts tab in Ledger Live.
- Click or tap on Add Account, select Ethereum, and follow the prompts.
Step #5: Send GRT to Ethereum Address
- Open the newly created Ethereum account in Ledger Live.
- Copy Ethereum address (where GRT is stored as ERC-20 token).
- Transfer GRT tokens from an exchange or another wallet to this address.
Step #6: Check GRT Balance
- In Ledger Live, GRT tokens will appear under your newly created Ethereum account.
- If not shown automatically, enable or toggle on the GRT token in account settings.
Security Tips:
- Ensure to always verify transaction details on Ledger devices before confirming any transactions.
- Do not reveal the recovery phrase to anyone.
