As of January 2025, FDUSD (First Digital USD) is a stablecoin available on multiple blockchain networks, including Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
To safely store and manage your FDUSD tokens using a Ledger hardware wallet and Ledger Live, follow these steps:

1. Ledger Live for Windows 10/11
2. Ledger Live for MAC
3. Ledger Live for Android
Step #1: Set Up Ledger Device
- Set up by connecting your preferred Ledger hardware wallet to a computer or smartphone device.
- Make sure firmware is updated.
Step #2: Download and Install Ledger Live
- Download Ledger Live from the official Ledger website and complete initial setup.
Step #3: Install Ethereum App
- Open Ledger Live, scroll to the Manager tab, search for Ethereum app in app Catalog, and install.
Step #4: Add Ethereum Account
- In Ledger Live, go to Accounts, click or tap on Add Account, select Ethereum, and follow prompts.
Step #5: Add FDUSD as Custom Token
- Within the Ethereum account, click or tap on Manage or Add Token, and enter FDUSD token details.
Step #6: Transfer FDUSD Tokens
- Open your Ethereum account, click or tap on Receive, copy Ethereum address, and use it to transfer FDUSD tokens.
Important information:
- Make sure you send FDUSD tokens on Ethereum network to Ethereum account.
- FDUSD should appear in an Ethereum account after adding it as a custom token.
- Verify transaction details on Ledger device before confirming transfers.
