How to Store ENA on Ledger Live

It is worth noting that the ENA (Ethena) token is not native to Ledger Live. Nevertheless, you can store ENA tokens with the use of your preferred Ledger device and a compatible, reliable third-party wallet. 

Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:

The guide below shows you how to do it.

Step #1: Set Up Your Preferred Ledger Hardware Wallet

  • First off, have your preferred Ledger device (Stax, Nano S, or Nano X) connected to your mobile device or computer.
  • Make sure that the firmware of your Ledger hardware wallet as well as Ledger Live app are the latest versions available. 

Step #2: Install Ethereum App

  • Launch Ledger Live and scroll to My Ledger.

  • Click or tap on the Install button next to the app icon.
  • Be sure that the PIN of your Ledger hardware wallet is unlocked during the installation process.

  • Start by installing a third-party wallet capable of supporting Ethereum tokens. This third-party wallet should also be able to connect with all Ledger devices.
  • Launch the wallet app then select Connect Hardware Wallet.  
  • On-screen prompts for connecting your preferred Ledger device will be available to you. Simply follow the instructions meticulously.

Step #4: Add ENA to Wallet

  • In the compatible third-party wallet, go to the Add Custom token option.
  • Input the contract details of ENA token. You can find these details from reputable sources or in the official Ethena website.
  • Make sure you save the token details in order to monitor your ENA balance.

Step #5: Receive ENA 

  • While on the third-party wallet click or tap on  your Ethereum account then click or tap on Receive to get your wallet address.
  • Make use.of the address in sendong ENA tokens from other wallets or crypto exchanges.

  • Make sure you ratify the details of all transactions on your preferred Ledger hardware wallet before any confirmation is made.
  • Make sure your recovery phrase is safe and secure.
