How to Store CRV on Ledger Live

You can store the ERC-20 – CRV (Curve DAO) token on Ledger Live by using your Ledger device, the Ethereum network and a third-party wallet, just follow the simple steps below:

Step #1: Verify Compatibility

  • Make sure your Ledger device supports ERC-20 tokens like CRV.

Step #2: Install Ethereum App

  • Open Ledger Live, and scroll to the Manager tab.
  • Search for and find the Ethereum app in the app catalog.
  • Select the Ethereum app.
  • Click or tap on the Install button beside the Ethereum app icon and follow the installation prompts displayed on your mobile phone or computer screen.

Step #3: Install MetaMask

  • Download and install the MetaMask wallet.

Step #4: Connect Ledger to MetaMask

  • Open MetaMask, navigate to Settings and from the drop-down menu select Connect Hardware Wallet, and link your preferred Ledger device (Stax, Nano X, or Nano S).

Step #5: Transfer CRV 

  • Move CRV tokens from an exchange or another wallet to your MetaMask wallet address.
  • Now you should be able to securely and safely store CRV tokens in Ledger Live.
