How to Store BRETT on Ledger Live

At this moment, the BRETT token is not a native cryptocurrency that is supported on Ledger Live. In fact, BRETT is an ERC-20 token and is operational on the Ethereum network. 

Nevertheless, you can still securely and safely store BRETT using a reliable and compatible third-party wallet.

The guide below explains how its done: 

Step #1: Set Up the Ledger Live App

  • The official website of Ledger is where you can download the newest version of the Ledger Live app.

Step #2: Install the Ethereum App

  • Launch the Ledger Live app then navigate to the Manager tab.
  • In the app catalog section, search for and find the Ethereum app.
How to Store BRETT on Ledger Live
  • Click or tap on the Install button next to the Ethereum app icon to initiate the installation of the Ethereum app on your preferred Ledger device (Nano S, Stax, or Nano X).

Step #3: Make use of a  Compatible and Reliable Third-Party Wallet 

  • Use a third-party wallet that can support Ethereum native tokens like MetaMask.
  • Download this compatible and reliable third-party wallet.

Step #4: Connect Ledger to Wallet 

  • Launch the Ethereum app on your preferred Ledger device then connect this device to the third-party wallet.

Step #5: Send BRETT

  • Transfer BRETT tokens to your Ledger managed Ethereum contract address from an exchange or another wallet.
  • Now your BRETT tokens should be securely and safely stored on Ledger Live through your preferred Ledger hardware wallet.
