Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:

1. Ledger Live for Windows 10/11

2. Ledger Live for MAC

3. Ledger Live for Android

Before you start

  • Update the asset apps you want to manage to the latest version.
  • Update the Ledger Nano firmware to the latest version.
  • Update your browser to the latest version.

Install the XDEFI wallet extension

  • Go to XDEFI’s website and locate the Install XDEFI Wallet button and click on it.

  • Once you’ve been redirected to the chrome store (If you are using chrome browser), click on add to chrome. The XDEFI wallet extension will be installed on your browser.

Connect your XDEFI wallet to the Ledger device

  • Open the XDEFI Wallet extension in your browser.
  • Navigate to Wallet management and click on it.
  • Click on connect to the hardware wallet.

  • Connect your Ledger device to a computer and unlock it. Open the asset app you want to manage, until it shows the Application is ready.
  • Once your Ledger device is discovered, a pop-up window will appear asking you to connect your Ledger device. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.

  • Select the chain and derivation path for the application you want to manage, and click Connect to finalize the connection to your Ledger device.
  • Choose the address you want to import from your Ledger device and click import. Wait for the import process to complete. Now, your Ledger accounts should now be visible in the XDEFI wallet.

Send assets with XDEFI wallet using your Ledger device

Once you have imported your Ledger account on the XDEFI wallet, you can easily transfer your assets with your Ledger device.

To do this

  • Open the XDEFI wallet extension on your browser.
  • Wait for the pop-up window to open and you’ll see your account balance.
  • Click on send.
  • Select the network of the crypto you want to send. Enter the asset value to send and the recipient’s address, then click on send.
  • Review and confirm the transaction details on your Ledger device. If everything is correct, approve the transaction on your device.
  • You’ll receive a notification of a successful transaction if everything is done accurately.
