What is Constellation? 

Constellation is a crypto project built on top of the Hypergraph network. Instead of a traditional blockchain structure, Constellation uses a Directed Acyclic Graph or DAG for storing data and tracking ownership of its native asset (also called DAG). Does Ledger support Constellation? 

No, Ledger currently doesn’t support Constellation and we’re not yet able to provide an ETA regarding the integration.
