This article contains information on how to connect your Crypto.org Chain account to DeFi wallet to manage CRO and other tokens.

Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:

Before you start

• Update your Ledger device to the latest firmware — if there’s an update available.
• Update your Ledger Live app to the latest version.
• Make sure that you update your Ethereum (ETH) app to the latest version.
• Install the latest version of the Crypto.org Chain (CRO) app. 

Connect your Crypto.org Chain account to DeFi Wallet

1. Open your browser and go to Crypto.com DeFi wallet.

2. Download and install the DeFi wallet on your device.

3. Once installed, connect your Ledger device to your computer or smartphone and open the Crypto.org Chain app. Wait till your device displays “Crypto.org Ready”
4. Open the DeFi wallet app on your computer or smartphone and click on Create Wallet.

5. Give your wallet a name and select to create with a hardware wallet.

6. Leave the settings at default and click on Create Wallet.

7. Connect your Ledger device and open the Ethereum (ETH) app. Wait till your Ledger device displays: Application is Ready. Now click on Connect.

8. Choose a password to protect your wallet and click on Encrypt Wallet.

9. Wait for the process to complete and click on Go to Home. Now you’ve connected your Crypto.org chain account to DeFi wallet.
